Are You Collecting Unemployment or Have in the last 18mo? 

YOU ARE A Dislocated Worker(DW) IF:
You are Currently Collecting Unemployment
OR Were Collecting Unemployment (EDD) ANY TIME IN THE LAST 1.5years?

 YOU MUST HAVE:
Valid Driver’s License or ID
Social Security Card
Pass FBI Background Check
Pass Drug Test
Are or Have Collected Unemployment within the last 1.5 years
Proof of Layoff (Layoff Letter - If needed)
If 18+ Male –  must be registered for Selective Service(www.sss.gov)
